Experience
36 months of Emergency Department experience is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Every other weekend and holiday.

TNCC or CALS

Rotating days/nights. The employee would not work alone. Would request at least every 3rd weekend coverage. No call requirements.

Floating to over units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?): All of our nurses work between hospital, ED, and outpatient nursing. They also cover PACU when needed. All these departments are located within the same unit.

EMR/Epic training can be completed on-site by our local trainer.

The traveling nurse would never be scheduled to work alone. Our minimum staffing is 2 RN’s at night, during the day/evening staffing is generally 3-4 RN’s.
