36 months of Ambulatory Clinic experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:

Shift: Monday to Friday

Mix of home visits and on campus work.

It is about 2-3 home visits per day and depending on patient’s location, with weekly mileage averaging between 35 to 45miles.

Holidays Requirement: No major holiday commitment

Weekend Requirement: No weekend commitment

On Call Requirement: RN may serve as coverage for other Dyad RN as needed/when needed

Working with Adult Nursing-65 years and older patient population. Preferred ambulatory/community based nursing experience.

Preferred Experience: Inpatient experience, Geriatrics population, Care Management, Master’s prepared RN is preferred (but not required).

Must have a reliable vehicle for home and community visits.

AHA certification is preferred.
