Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required from last 3 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Shift: Variable start and end time, 8-430 with some flexibility

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Monday to Friday

Some weekends and holiday in rotation with staff

Mostly outpatient with some inpatient

Primary work location will be: Slayton MN at the Murray County Medical Center/Murray County Rehabilitation and Therapy Svcs. 2711 Broadway Avenue, Slayton, MN.

May float to Tracy Medical Center as well (very minimally, if at all).

Required:

Orthopedic, sports medicine, manual and geriatric

Willing/able to work both outpatient and some inpatient

Ortho and Rehab skills - Required

Dress Code: Casual dress; Scrubs

Training for EPIC as needed; manager available at all times
