Requirements
Experience
12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required from any number of months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:
2yrs exp. minimum (outpatient experience and Lymphedema experience).
BS, MS, or OTD from a recognized college or university majoring in Occupational Therapy.

Float as needed to nearby facility.
Mon.: 8am - 4:30pm Tues.: 8am - 6pm Weds.: 8am - 4:30pm Thurs.: 8am - 6pm Fri.: 8am - 2pm (clinic closed): Friday 4/18/25
