Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

48 months of Operating Room experience is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Connecticut license

NIHSS (Required)

Vaccinations

5/12 start only

No RTO - Strong Preference

All time off required at time of submission

Shift:

7-1730 / 930-2000 / 1100-2130

With On-Call

Rotating weekends and holidays

No Block Scheduling

On call is at least 1 weekend per month. 30 min report time.

Scrubs provided.

Required:

Must have 4-5 years OR RN or combined OR experience

Circulate and Scrub Experience

Must be experienced in circulating and the following surgeries: ortho, spine, and neuro (checklist should indicate performs independently).

Mandatory Overtime: During Personnel’s assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff (i.e., Client employees and Personnel) who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit
