36 months of Endoscopy experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Must have intra procedural level and Gastro experience - please call out in submittal form

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40

Weekend Hours: On call

Call Requirements: Weekend and evenings

Float Requirements: Possibly to PreOp if low cases in Endo

Procedural Tech experience a must

Patient Population: Adults – Mid to High Acuity

Must Have Skills/Experience: Intraprocedure technical experience

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Colonoscopy/EGD/ERCP/Bronchoscopy

Required Education: RN degree for RNs and Certified Surgical Technology Program for Surgical Techs

Endoscopy RNs are required to have the skills listed below

ERCP: Cannulization

ERCP: Biliary Duct Dilation

ERCP: Lithotripsy

ERCP: Stent Placement

ERCP Sphincterotomy

ERCP: Balloon Sweep

ERCP: Basket retrieval

ERCP: Injection of Contrast

Endoscopic Hemostat

Argon Plasma Coagulation

Minnesota Tube
