Guaranteed Hours 32

• Shifts & Scheduling: Rotating 8hr shifts 0645-1515; 0900-1730; 1500-2330; 0700-1930 (weekend only), Clinical supervisor makes the schedule

Holiday/Call Requirements: Must be willing to work holidays- rotate with perm staff.

Call once/twice a week 1515-0645; occasionally (once every 6 weeks) M-F 1500-2330 shift or 0900-1730 shift; occasionally (once every 13 weeks) Sat/Sun 0700-1930 shift. Will also cover wknd call, approx. every 4th/5th wknd, Fri 1515-Mon 0645

What is call response time? 15 minutes, 8 hour reprieve shifts for post call, sleep room available - housing should also be available nearby to make call

Floating Requirements: MUST be willing to float to cross train to ortho cases if needed to be second scrub. MUST be willing to float to the floor as a 1:1 sitter (and will get train that day), Ability to pick up extra for 1:1 sitting; we do this to supplement hours if we have a low case volume

Number of Suites: 12 ORs, 1 Endo Suite, 1 Cysto Suite

Common Cases: Peds-Geriatrics, cysto, Davinci XI for General/GYN*/Urology, ION robotic cases, Open Bellies, endo/ GI experience- scope experience (ok with needing a resher) ION Robot, Davinci XI, Stryker towers; GYN

Experience or 'Must have' skills: experience with Open bellies GYN, Davinci Xi for general, Endo

Candidates must be proficient in either Ortho/Neuro OR General/Robotics

OR - ORTHO/NEURO

• Number of Suites: 12 ORs, 1 Endo Suite, 1 Cysto Suite
• Common Cases: ortho neuro total joints(hips, knees, shoulders), sports medicine, arthroscopies, neuro-spinal fusions, cervical and lumbar cases, micro discs, cranis, and no awake large neuro cases
• Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have 3 years of Ortho/Neuro OR experience. ortho, neuro, total joints (knees, hips, shoulders, ankles), sports medicine, arthroscopies, neuro-spinal fusions, cervical and lumbar fusions, micro discs, cranis, and no awake large neuro cases

Certifications Required: CST or NCCT, ND UAP

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
