Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:
SICU/ICU
Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all MMC RN units
Variable Shifts 1900-0730, 0700-1930 (variable per unit needs)
EOW & EOH (only possible during scheduled shift if low census occurs)
RTO:Only ONE major holiday
