Experience

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is preferred.

Experience with Oasis is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Nicotine-free facility – All forms of nicotine - assignment will be canceled & nurse will not be eligible for rehire for 12 months if there is a positive result for any reason.

Facility will not consider candidates that have had license suspended at any time in the past.

No Block Scheduling requests All RTO requests must be included with your submission. Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

*Will be based in our east region- covering Lancaster and Lebanon County - Mileage given - could float to neighboring counties. (We are respectful of the distance)

*PA Physical Therapist (PT) License is required
