Requirements

Experience

60 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required from last 2 years.

3 months of experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

Vaccinations

Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Shift Notes: 36 hours guaranteed.

Must be willing to float to other units as needed/Must be willing to take charge shift as scheduled/Travelers will be required to make up any missed shifts prior to the end of their contract.

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend.

On Call Requirements: Possible call.

This is a adult forensics unit - must be comfortable and experienced.

Psych/Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume - required.

Must be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts - required.

RTO cannot exceed 7 days (RTO will not be approved 4/13-5/24).

Psych skills checklist (within the last year).

Any scheduling requests must be presented in the submission file.
