Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
24 months of Case Management experience is required.
3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license

Additional Details:
2-4 years RN CM in acute care facility is required.
Rotate every other weekend.
Dress Code: Business Casual with White Lab Coat
