Additional Details:
Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.
Float position and must float to different facilities within NTX. If not comfortable with floating traveler can be assigned to 1 facility
Will narrow down to 2-3 hospitals and we will need them to help with on call at those hospitals (in rotation with the other staff)
They will be assigned to one hospital as their primary facility and only move to others if volumes drop or we need coverage for a call-in/vacation.
Hospitals: Medical City Arlington, North Hills, Alliance, Las Colinas
Required:
Must have acute dialysis experience.
Up to 2 Saturdays per 4 week schedule
Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis services provided
Up to 7 call shifts scheduled in one week out of every 4 week schedule (M-Sa 1800-0600, Sunday 0600 x24hrs)
