Requirements

Experience

Travel experience is required.

24 months of Operating Room experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 3 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

CNOR (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Guaranteed Hour: 40

Skills required: Robotics (DaVinci XI) + strong exp with Ortho, Neuro, or Cardiac a must due to call schedule

Case Types: General, Ortho, Urology, Gyn, Plastics, Robotics, Neuro, Cardiac, minimal peds, Vascular (AV fistulas, Fem-Pops) (T/A, ENT-not required for travelers)

Scheduling: Weekend rotation: every 6 weeks

On call? 1 call shift every 1-2 weeks, EOS-0645

Shift times: Can be 10hr shift or 12hr shift

1st start: 6:45am 2nd start: 8:30am
