Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is preferred from any number of months.

BSN completion preferred

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Patient population: wide variety of ages. We see cardiac, respiratory, neurology. Flexibly is very important; cath lab recovery (cardiac ablation, angiogram with and without intervention, post past maker, post cardioversion). CLABSI, CAUTI, HAPI prevention extremely important

RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
