Additional Details:

Floating between facilities may be required between San Diego & San Diego Zion. May be asked to float to lower acuities.

If you have work experiences with overlapping start and end dates, please include a note with an explanation for the overlap in order to be considered for this role.

Job Experience Required: 1 year in the last 3 years In-Field Home Health Experienced RN. Palliative care experience preferred.

Weekend rotation every other w/e. 1 day off the week before the w/e and 1 day off the week after the w/e.

Coverage area: South and North San Diego County

Average miles per day/week: 50-60 miles/day

BLS must be AHA, ARC, Military Training Network and Canadian Heart and Stroke.
