Requirements

Experience

Travel experience is preferred.

12 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift: 8 to 12 hours (0530AM to 1800), Monday through Saturday.

Call period is one week or 120 hours, maybe on call 2 weeks in a 13 week rotation.

Floating expected for all agency staff as needed.

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Must have experience with inpatient and outpatient hemodialysis.

Must have competency with both acute and chronic HD patients.

All RTO or schedule request must be on submission-HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule request after submission.
