Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Physical Therapy experience is preferred from last 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

BLS (Required)

Shift Requirements: 8-10 Hour Flexible Day shifts
Weekend/Holiday: Possibility of 1-2 weekends - No Holidays
Minimum Experience: General PT/ Ortho skills. Inpatient and outpatient experience.
