Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
24 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wyoming license or compact license

Guaranteed Hours 24
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
Holiday Requirement: Yes.
On-Call:
- On-call starts after scheduled shifts and ends at 6:00 AM the next morning.
- Every 3rd Sunday for emergent dialysis runs and rounding with the nephrologist.
Beds: 4
Ratios: 1:2 or 1:1
Common Diagnoses/Patients: Dialysis, HO, CRRT, PD
Experience/Skills Required: Must independently care for dialysis patients, including Acute Dialysis and Tablo experience.
Scrub Color: Navy Blue.
