Requirements

Experience

24 months of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Med/Surg ICU Blended Unit: There will be occasional ICU/PCU patients on this unit. Vents - occasionally.

EOW or every third weekend. EOH. No Call Requirement.

Candidate needs solid PCU foundation for success in role in blended unit.

5 Days of RTO or less REQUIRED. Only ONE major holiday
