Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Emergency Department experience is required from last 4 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Guaranteed Hours 36

Shift Details: Rotating days and nights starting at 7, self-scheduling. (2 nurses per shift that share patients on med/surg, ER and outpatients.)

Do you allow self-scheduling? yes

Do you allow Block scheduling?: we haven't in the past but could look at this.

Weekend Requirement: EOW

Holiday Requirement: Rotating Weekends, as needed

Floating Requirements: all our nurses do ER, med/surg, Outpatients and some help with pre and post op on days of surgery - first to float

Beds: 25

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Chest pain, abdominal pain, back pain, UTI, stroke , trauma, CHF, COPD, CKD, Diabetes

Are RNs required to titrate drips?: Yes - Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Diuretics, insulin

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
