Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Pharmacy experience is required from last 4 years.

Experience with Sunrise is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Guaranteed 72 hours per two weeks

Shift Notes: Mon night through Sun. 7 on 7 off schedule is optional

This position is responsible to help patients utilize the medications effectively and assure the right patient receives the correct drug in the proper amount at the right time and all doses are appropriate to treat the patient's condition.

This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric.
