Experience
12 months of Step Down Unit experience is required.
Experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Stepdown float to ICU as needed

Dysrhythmia Exam Required

Must have exp working with ICU level patients as needed

Could be assigned low acuity ICU patients, examples may include low dose vasopressor, stable vent with ET Tube and sedation, 3% saline, NIH post thrombectomy or TNK, etc.

The ICU team will be available for questions and support as well.

Must have exp with vents/trachs

Preferred: Experience with Pre/Post Cath Lab patients and Pre/Post CABG.

Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred)

1 year of RN experience (required)

RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)

Critical Care Course (preferred)
