Guaranteed Hours 36

Schedule: Monday - Thursday (subject to change) 0600-1530 or 0700-1630 with Call (min 7 days in 6 week period & min of 1 weekend Fri-Sun (0700 Friday - 0700 Monday) + holiday call

Floating Requirements: Typically do not float unless prior training in other areas

Suites: 6 ORs, 1 GI suite

Common Cases: Adult, Peds, Geriatrics, Obstetric. ORTHO - Total Joints, ORIF, Arthroscopy OB/GYN - Cesarean Section, LAVH, D&C, Diagnostic Lap GENERAL - Lap Appy, Lap Chole, Ex Lap. C-arm, Mako robot, ligasure, harmonic scapel

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Familiar with total joints and c-sections. MAKO robot a plus, ortho

Certifications Required: ND UAP, NCCT preferred

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
