The facility has a tardy policy: If clinician is more than 15 minutes late, the facility has the option to no longer use clinician's services.

Shift: 8-5

Minimum Qualifications:

• Five years professional experience with two years of management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred including 1 year residency
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy AND/OR Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

Nice to have: Two years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferred

Do they have hospital exp (inpatient or outpatient ) - Required

Do they have ER exp - Required

Do they have recent hospital exp - Required

PALS can be obtained on-site with-in the first month of hire.
