Requirements

Experience

Travel experience is required.

24 months of Pediatric Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Pediatric Cath/EP lab exp.

Pediatric Pre-op and recovery exp.

Moderate sedation exp.

POCT (point of care testing) exp.

5 years pediatric in/out patient exp preferred.

May be required to float to other UCSF facilities (EXEMPT)

Must have BSN.
