Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

60 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System) is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

CPI (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Flu declinations accepted on condition traveler wears a mask at all times.

Inpatient adolescent psych unit

Must be flexible to work other shifts when needed.

Active Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), or Crisis Prevention (CPI), or MANDT, or TEAM - Required.

Note: 36-Guaranteed Hours will not apply during Admission/Discharge Weeks, and between Cycle Break Week Unit Closure.

Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced/competent in that setting or could be task-oriented such as answering call lights, phones, etc

Travelers may be asked to work charge

Orientation: On Mondays only - If your traveler misses the compliance deadline, they will pushed to the following Monday

Business casual/scrubs are ok.
