Experience

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

48 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Paragon is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Additional Details:

36 or 48 hours

Every other Weekend

Ratios: 1:2, 1:3 antepartum

Scrub color: Royal blue (scrubs provided) or Ciel blue

Common diagnoses: Laboring, hypertensive disorders, diabetes, complications by fetal abnormalities, high risk pregnancies

Specialty equipment: Blood warmers, rapid infusers, bear huggers

Float requirements: Can float but not mandatory to M&B

Savvy newborn care postpartum needed - must have strong immediate care after delivery.
