Experience
Travel experience is required.
10 months of Long Term Care experience is required.
Experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Alaska license

Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

Shift: (19:00 - 07:00), (07:00 - 19:00)

Note that caregivers are not sked to rotate between night/day shifts (occasional exceptions for urgent staffing needs). Shifts will be either Days or Nights, but dependent on facility needs at time of start date.

Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals near by

Facility only accepts Hep B vaccines and will not take titers or declination

REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA’s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are booked
