Housing in ME becomes more expensive in the summer months, beginning in May. Be sure to confirm you are comfortable with housing options before applying.
RTO and shift requests will not be accepted after submittal. Start date, shift and hours per week are all firm.

Patient Types: Any medical diagnosis except primary Cardiac could be seen on this unit.
Unit will monitor patients on Telemetry (Med-Tele)
Common diagnoses include but are not limited to: Stroke, COPD, Respiratory issues and illnesses – Flu/PNA/COVID, GI Bleed, Renal Failure (AKI/CKD), Electrolyte imbalance, altered mental status, weakness, non-operable fractures. Non-surgical unit
Previous charge experience highly preferred, please include if the traveler has charge experience in offer details and is willing to act as charge
Reading/Interpreting Rhythm strips required – please decline if they are not comfortable with this
EKG interpretation
Trach care, Chest tube management, General Medical Surgical skills (wound care, IVABX, Drain/tube management, IV starts, central line management, etc.) - required
Will float as often as needed to any area with Med/Tele patients (within or below scope)
Scrub: Any color, must be professional
No crocs with holes, no artificial nails, no personal cell phone usage unless on break
