Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license

Additional Details:

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Type of Equipment: Impella, ECMO, Bypass pump, Laser(lead extraction) EVH, Rapid Transfuser.

Call Requirements: On-call is split and dependent on staffing.

Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)

· 2 years current experience in acute OR setting.

· Must be able to Scrub and be proficient in all service lines. Rotating weekends are a possibility.

Additional Preferences:

· Can function in all surgical specialties other than CVOR (robotics, ortho, spine, GYN).

· RN is responsible for the observation, assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation of care of all patients.

· Proficient charting, multi-tasking, critical thinker, excellent bedside manner.

· OR scrubs provided by the unit.
