12 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Please note this is a 4 - 6 week assignment only with an ASAP start. Please note on submission they are aware and okay with that.

Mon - Fri, 40hr Guarantee

Weekend Requirements: None/ Holidays as needed

No RTO can be approved since this is a 4-6 week assignment.

Dress Code: Dialyze Direct will provide black scrub tops. Scrub bottoms: Personal scrubs of any color

Geriatric patient experience - Required

NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - Required : Please note experience on submission
