Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Long Term Care experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with MatrixCare is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Additional Details:

This is for a Thursday - Sunday block. Will not be considered if unable to work this block.

The schedule is posted four (4) weeks at a time. Block scheduling accommodated.

Guaranteed Hours: 48

Weekend: Every other weekend

Orientation: Arrive thirty (30) minutes prior to scheduled shift for a tour and will job shadow for one shift prior to traveler being on their own. Staffing agency needs to provide the traveler with a name badge.

No public transportation available in Cooperstown such as Uber, Lyft or bus line. Traveler will need to have reliable transportation to work at this facility.
