Requirements

Experience

3 months of travel experience is required.

24 months of Home Health experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license

Additional Details:

Travelers must have a permanent address outside of the 75 mile straight line radius of intended facility, not driving distance.

Anyone granted a covid vaccine exemption must comply with weekly testing and proof of a negative COVID-19 test.

1 reference must be from current manager.

Guaranteed hours: 36

Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. No holiday RTO will be approved.

BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.

May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. One 8 hour on call shift required per 6 weeks. Weekday and rotate weekends and holidays may be required. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. Approximately 5 to 6 home visits per day.

Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.
