Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required from any number of months.

BSN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Three-week rotating schedule.

No Weekends.

No On Call Required.

Navy Blue Scrub pants.

Required Education: BSN or nursing diploma. Upon hire, any non-BSN nurse with less than one year of licensed registered nurse experience will be required to enroll in a BSN (or higher nursing degree) program. Acceptance into a program is expected within 15 months of hire and the degree program must be completed within 5 years of enrollment, or 6 years if program is MSN, DNP or PhD in Nursing.
