This unit is a 34 bed, 6 progressive and 15 total telemetry patients. It is a primary unit for Neurology, Neurosurgery, and ENT. Patients are admitted with diagnosis of stroke, seizures, dementia, neuromuscular disorders. Neurosurgery patients admitted with with head, neck, back trauma and elective surgeries. ENT patients with radical neck surgery due to trauma, cancer. Other services include surgery trauma, orthopedics, general surgery, and medicine. We can take stable ventilators in PC.

RTO should be included at the time of submission (will be approved by unit manager on WOC; no other guaranteed time off. No time off will be granted during the first of week of the traveler’s assignment), SSN, DOB, address, phone, and email. Please also make sure to address the traveler’s shift availability upfront.

BSN preferred.

Facility will review all background hits, etc.

Return Staff Policy: 6 month gap to be considered as a traveler.
