24 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Master’s degree in Communication Disorders required

Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech/Language Hearing Association or adequate course work and experience to qualify for Clinical Fellowship Year required.

None, but two years of clinical experience in adults, pediatrics, or developmentally disabled preferred

Valid WI driver license required.
