Requirements
Experience
Travel experience is preferred.
24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required.
Experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 or 48hrs

· Float Requirements: Float to other units as needed- possible float to MS as needed .

Float-Rhinelander, Eager River and Tomahawk

· On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

· Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday

· Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS- NIHSS Preferred

Ratio 1:2 in ICU; 1:3-1:4 for IMC and MS 1:5-1:6

· Scrub Colors: any color scrubs

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
