Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of RN First Assist experience is required from last 4 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits

Guaranteed Hours 36

Shift: Mon-Thurs 8am-430pm and Friday’s 8am-12pm. Must be able to take call for potential call backs.

Possibility of floating to Thomas Memorial Hospital In Charleston, WV

MUST be a seasoned Cardiac Surgery RNFA with Endoscopic Vein Harvesting experience.
