Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

Additional Details:

Cannot have any previous hits on licensure. Cannot have any of the following background hits: Domestic disputes or domestic violence (at any time), theft (within 5 years), DUIs (within 5 years), drug charges including marijuana (at any time), felony (at any time).

Roles requiring state licensure only: Cannot have any hits on licensure

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: Minimum 48 hour (Sat- Sun) call every 4th weekend

Call Requirements: Minimum 1 per week end of shift to the next morning (example 6:30 pm -6am)

Travel experience required - minimum 2-3 assignments

Must Have Skills/Experience: Ortho (Total Joints Arthroplasty), Neuro, Ortho/Spine, Vascular, CVOR, and General procedures.

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Scrub & Circulate skills

Dress Code: Scrub Color: Provided by the facility

Float Requirements: Yes to OR

EMRs accepted: Cerner, PACs
