Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: 24 rotating every third

NVCI required.

Float Requirements: float between inpatient medical detox and inpatient medical psych units

Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year of medical surgical / inpatient behavioral health experience

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Inpatient behavioral health and med surg experience

Type of Patients on Unit: Psychiatric patients with med-surg needs (IV therapy, oxygen, wounds, etc.)

Scrub Color: Galaxy blue top, black pants or galaxy blue pants, black jacket

Any unacceptable attire: any clothing outside of above scrub options
