Requirements
Experience
12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
Experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours of operation are roughly 0700-0630, so the schedule will be (5) eight hour shifts in that time frame.
Holidays: Traveler will be expected to work at least 1 major holiday.
