12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

M-F Patients: Inpatients and Outpatients 25 Bed Critical Access Hospital Swing Beds ICU unit Med/Surg Unit Orthopedics Cardiac Cath Lab Acuity Level: Level IV trauma ER

Weekend: Per dept needs
