Experience

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Master’s degree (MA or MS) or Doctorate (DPT); will consider Therapy Assistant with appropriate education.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Stroke and ortho mostly.

Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient?: Yes, all areas.

Do you allow self-scheduling or block scheduling?: Yes

Weekend Requirements: Limited to no call.

RTO needed upfront - Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
