Requirements

Experience

36 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required from last 4 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

CNOR (Preferred)

Vaccinations

These include, but are not limited to, the following: Coronary Artery Bypass- primary and redo's; aortic aneurysms; AVR's & MVR's- primary and redo's; TAVR's; ECMO; VAD's, adult required- pediatrics a plus.

Call is required

Weekend expectations (i.e. Every other weekend) Per department need

Floating Expectations (i.e. first to float, None, etc) within scope

On-call expectations (i.e. on call 3X per week) 8 to 10 call shifts per 6-week schedule including approx 1 weekend per month

Holiday expectations (i.e. 1 major, 1 minor) rotated based on department need
