Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.

12 months of Cardiac Care Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Scheduling requirements: 4 week schedules (3-4 weekend shifts required per scheduling period).

Floating policy: Float as needed to units where needed depending on unit census.

Must have: Cardiac experience, strong critical care experience.

Advanced skills needed: PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring; IABP; Impella; CRRT preferred.

Procedures performed on unit: Central line insertion, swan insertion; intubations.

Scrubs (galaxy blue, red, black); scrub jackets or vests only.
