Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a school of nursing with additional post graduate coursework, in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration

Three (3) years of recent Perioperative experience as a nurse supervisor or charge nurse

Preferred Qualifications • Master's Degree in Nursing

American Society of Peri Anesthesia Nurse (ASPAN) or Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)

Block Scheduling: Not permitted

Cook has the ability to request that any clinician float outside of their “home” facility as long as the floating does not exceed 50 miles. Travelers may receive notification to float 2 hours before their shift. If your clinician refuses to float, they will be subject to cancelation. There are no home units. Your clinician could be floated to a variety of units, including outside of their primary area of competency. If they are floated outside of their primary competency, the team-based model will be used.

No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
