Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required from last 4 years.
Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license

May 12th start date only.

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Floating Requirement: First to float. Tele and any ED ICU/Tele holds

Holidays: Rotate with core staff.

RNs read and interpret own strips.

Floor specific orientation: Day 1 - 8hrs ICU educator, 4hrs with preceptor. Day 2 - 12hrs with preceptor.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: "Higher level-neuro/Cardiac/PCI/ /Sepsis/ETOH/Stroke. Ventrics, TBI, Camino ICP monitoring.

Additional Notes: Prefers 3 years of experience; Huddle report and bedside report. No acrylic nails or gel polish allowed during assignment.
