Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is preferred from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

BLS (Required)

Years of Experience: 2+ years of acute care preferred

Clinician-to-patient: Caseload of 10-12 patients/day, Productivity expectation 18 billable units/8 hour day

Must Have Skills/Experience: Epic, Acute care PT

Preferred Skillset/Experience: ED, SCU, BPPV

Type of Patients on Unit: Med/Surg, Orthopedic, ICU

Any unacceptable attire: Jeans, Open-toed shoes
