Requirements
Experience
12 months of travel experience is required.
24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

2 year acute care/long term care experience, 1 year (at least 2 travel assignments) traveler experience

No artificial/acrylic nails and nails must be short (<1/4 )

Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

If local, clinician must agree to the lower local pay package to be submitted.

Flu vaccine must be updated annually.
