Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Shift/Workdays: 8 hour mixed shifts (0800 to 1430, 1100 to 1930) / Shift starts for second shift may alter slightly based upon scheduled volume

Weekend – Discuss during interview

Call Requirements: Yes, Currently on-call 12 hours on Saturdays every 3rd week (open to variation)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hrs.

All travelers are required to float, while on the interview please inform traveler of the Methodist Floating Policy

Pediatric EP occasionally performed

Prefer 2+ years RN experience in the electrophysiology lab

5yrs experience in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath/PCI/STEMI and Pediatric (congenital heart) preferred.

Scrubs Provided by department

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.
